SuiteVenues is a venue booking and event marketplace where organizers discover and book extraordinary venues — and connect with the planners, vendors, and entertainers who make events unforgettable. It's free to browse, free to list, and free to bid.

SuiteVenues uses a request-to-book model. You send a request with your date, guest count, and any add-ons; the host reviews it and can accept, decline, or counter. Your booking is confirmed once the host accepts and any required deposit is paid.

You're not charged when you send a request — only once the host confirms. Your total is the booking price plus your service fee (7.9%), shown before you pay. Deposits and balances are processed securely, with card processing included.

Listing is free. SuiteVenues charges a success-based fee only on completed bookings — 7.9%, deducted from your payout, with card processing included.

Caterers, florists, photographers, DJs, bands, and more can build a profile, see nearby events, and bid to win the jobs that fit. Browsing, building a profile, and bidding are all free.

Cancellation terms are set by each host and shown at the time of booking. You'll always see the policy before you pay.

Yes. Payments are processed through our trusted payment provider and stay on-platform from deposit to payout.
