Accessibility Statement
We're committed to making SuiteVenues usable and welcoming for everyone.
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Our commitment
Accessibility is part of building a marketplace for everyone. SuiteVenues is committed to making our venue booking and event platform accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, and to continually improving the experience for all users.
Conformance status
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.
Measures we take
- Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can interpret content.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and interactive elements.
- Sufficient color contrast and readable typography.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences to limit animation.
- Ongoing testing and review as we add new features.
Accessible venues
We encourage hosts to describe the accessibility features of their spaces — such as step-free entry, accessible parking, and accessible restrooms — so organizers can choose venues that meet their guests' needs.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is never "finished." As a young and growing startup, we're actively improving and welcome guidance that helps us do better.
