Terms of Use

Welcome to SuiteVenues. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SuiteVenues and govern your access to and use of our website, apps, and venue booking and event marketplace (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SuiteVenues. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Bookings and payments

• SuiteVenues uses a request-to-book model: hosts and vendors may accept, decline, or counter a request.
• A booking is confirmed when accepted and any required deposit is paid.
• Payments and payouts are processed securely through our payment provider. You authorize us and our processor to charge the applicable amounts.
• Cancellation and refund terms are set out at the time of booking and depend on the host's policy.

Fees

Listing, browsing, and bidding are free. SuiteVenues charges a success-based platform fee to each party on completed bookings: the booker pays a service fee in addition to the booking price, and the host or vendor receives the booking price less a platform fee — each a flat 7.9%, with card processing included. This rate may change with notice.

Listings and content

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant SuiteVenues a license to host, display, and promote it in connection with the Service. You're responsible for ensuring your listings are accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights to everything you upload.

Host, vendor, and entertainer responsibilities

If you list a venue or offer services, you're responsible for honoring confirmed bookings, holding any licenses or insurance required by law, and complying with all applicable regulations. SuiteVenues is a marketplace and is not a party to the agreements between users.

Prohibited conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Circumventing SuiteVenues to avoid fees, or arranging off-platform payments to evade protections.
• Posting false, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the Service.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our guidelines.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SuiteVenues does not guarantee any particular venue, vendor, booking outcome, or uninterrupted availability of the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuiteVenues will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
