Set up your profile

Your name, photo, and public page — everything lives under Settings, and a handle gives you a clean URL to share.

Your profile is how hosts, organizers, and vendors see you across SuiteVenues — on booking requests, in messages, and on your public page. Everything lives under Settings (open your account menu and choose Profile Settings).

Basic details

The Basic Details tab covers your name, contact info, and bio. This is also where you can claim a handle — a short name that becomes your public profile URL, like suitevenues.com/your-handle. Lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens; the field checks availability as you type. Without a handle, your profile still works at its numbered URL.

Add a profile photo and banner under Avatar & Banner, and extra photos under Gallery. A real photo goes a long way — people book and reply faster when they can see who they're talking to.

Tip: Use the View public profile link at the top of Settings to see exactly what visitors see.

Choose what's public

The Privacy tab controls what shows on your public pages — whether your city and state appear, and whether visitors can send you a message from your profile's contact form. See Your public profile for the full rundown.

If you host or sell services

Providers get two extra Settings tabs: Payouts (connect Stripe so booking payments reach you — see Get paid with Stripe) and Cancellation policies (write your refund terms once, apply them to any listing — see Set your cancellation policy).
