Your dashboard tour

Your dashboard is home base. Whatever you use SuiteVenues for — booking spaces, hosting one, selling services — it collects everything that needs you in one place.

The top of the page

At a glance: your booking count, upcoming events, total guests, and money in and out. Below that, a six-month booking trend and a breakdown of your bookings by status.

Bookings that need attention

The bookings section leads with whatever needs an answer or a payment — a request waiting on your reply, an accepted booking waiting on payment — followed by what's coming up. Select any booking to see its full detail page.

Your listings and events

Dashboard cards link out to the full management pages:

• My Venues — every space you've listed, drafts included.
• My Vendor Profiles — your service listings; you can run several, and each shows up in search as its own listing.
• My Events — event pages you've created, with their RSVP counts.
• My Favorites — venues, events, and vendors you've saved with the heart button.
• Customers — for providers: the people who've booked with you.

Make it yours

Under Settings → Settings you'll find Dashboard Settings — toggles for each dashboard section (My Events, My Venues, My Vendor Profiles, My Bookings, Recent Favorites, Customers). Turn off what you don't use; the dashboard stays focused on what you do.

Tip: The bell in the top navigation mirrors the important stuff — new requests, messages, and reminders — so you don't have to keep the dashboard open. More in Notifications & appearance.
