Get paid with Stripe
Connect a Stripe account once and booking payments go straight to you — your name at checkout, your money in your account.
SuiteVenues doesn't hold your money. Guests pay you directly through Stripe — your name appears at checkout and on their statement, and funds settle into your own Stripe account. Connecting takes a few minutes, once.
Connect your account
- Open Settings → Payouts (the tab appears once you have a listing).
- Choose Connect with Stripe. Stripe walks you through its own onboarding — your business details and bank account. SuiteVenues never sees or stores your bank details.
- If you leave partway, the tab shows Finish setup until Stripe has everything it needs.
- When you're done you'll see a Connected badge, and your listings can go live.
Why it's required before publishing
The publish checklist includes a payout account for a simple reason: without one, a guest who wants to pay you can't. Until you connect, listings stay in draft and any accepted request shows the guest "Waiting on host to enable payouts."
When the money arrives
Payouts follow Stripe's own schedule for your account — typically a couple of business days after a payment, with the exact timing and bank details managed in your Stripe Dashboard. Use Manage payouts on the Payouts tab to jump straight there.
Note: In your Stripe Dashboard, each payment shows a "SuiteVenues fee" that looks bigger than 5%. That's because the guest's own service fee passes through your account on its way to the platform — you only ever pay your host-side 5%. The math is broken down in Host fees and payouts.
