Share with a QR code

For hosts Updated August 2026 1 min read

Every listing has a built-in branded QR code — pick a color, download a PNG, and put it anywhere people look.

Flyers, signage, business cards, the front window — a QR code turns any of them into a doorway to your listing. Every published venue and vendor profile has one built in.

Get your code

  1. Open your listing's public page (the one guests see).
  2. Press the QR code button.
  3. Pick a color to match your brand and a size, then download the PNG.

The code is styled for SuiteVenues — rounded modules, softened corners, and a small badge in the middle — and it encodes your listing's short URL, so it stays scannable even printed small.

Where hosts use them

  • Table tents and signage inside the space itself — guests at one event become bookers of the next
  • Printed flyers, rack cards, and mailers
  • Business cards and email signatures
  • A sticker by the front door

Tip: High contrast scans best. Dark code on a light background is the safe choice; test a phone scan of the final printed piece before you order 500 of anything.

The code points at your listing's short URL, which redirects to your full listing page — so if you update your listing, the code keeps working. No need to reprint after edits.

Vendors too

Vendor profiles have the same QR code button on their public pages — same colors, same download, same everything.
