List your venue
One form, one publish checklist, and your space is live — with you approving every booking on your terms.
Listing on SuiteVenues is free, and your space can be live the same afternoon. Head to your dashboard, open My Venues, and choose Add a venue.
Fill in the details
The form is one page of clearly-labeled sections — fill in what you have, save, and come back for the rest:
- Venue details — name, page URL, description, and address. Lead the description with what makes the space distinctive; planners skim, so make the first sentence concrete.
- Guest capacity and venue type — how many the space holds, and what kind of space it is.
- Event types and amenities — what you host, and what guests can use: Wi-Fi, AV, kitchen access, parking, and more.
- Pricing & deposit — daily rates, hourly rates, or both. Rates are always shown to planners before they send a request.
- Add-ons — priced extras that grow your booking value. See Venue add-ons for how guests see them.
- Cancellation policy — pick one of your policies, or the platform default applies. Details in Set your cancellation policy.
- Operating hours, logo, and gallery — drag photos to reorder; the first photo is your cover.
Tip: The Published toggle controls visibility. Switch it off to keep working in draft — nothing is public until you're ready.
The publish checklist
Every listing shows a five-point checklist that updates each time you save. A venue goes live once it has:
- A venue name planners can search for
- Three gallery photos — listings with photos get booked
- A description of the space, the setting, and what makes it worth booking
- Pricing for every model the venue offers (daily, hourly, or both)
- A payout account — Stripe connected so booking payments can reach you
Once all five are checked, the Published toggle unlocks. See Get paid with Stripe for that last step.
After you publish
Your listing appears in search right away at its own URL. From the public page you can copy the link or generate a QR code for flyers and signage. Requests land in your dashboard and the notification bell — next up: Manage booking requests.
