Vendor pricing mirrors venue pricing: everything up front is free, and SuiteVenues earns a flat 5% success fee only on bookings that actually happen.

When you're booked
Say a planner books $800 of your services:

The planner's payment goes directly to your connected Stripe account — your business name on their statement — with your fee deducted automatically. Stripe's card processing fee comes out of your side before funds settle, like any card payment you'd take yourself; the Stripe Dashboard quirk where the "SuiteVenues fee" looks inflated is explained in Host fees and payouts.
Refunds
If a booking is cancelled, refunds follow the cancellation policy on your profile. SuiteVenues returns its platform fee in proportion to whatever is refunded — you're never charged fees on money you gave back.
Tips
Planners can tip after the event, and 100% of every tip is yours — SuiteVenues takes nothing from tips.
Tip: Payout timing, bank details, and statements all live in your own Stripe Dashboard — one click from Settings → Payouts.
