Create your vendor profile
Caterers, florists, photographers, DJs — build a profile that shows your work and prices your services.
If you make events happen — catering, flowers, photography, music, rentals, anything — a vendor profile puts your work in front of the people planning them. Building one is free.
Create the listing
From your dashboard, open My Vendor Profiles and choose New vendor profile. The listing is created instantly and drops you straight into the editor — everything saves as you go:
- Branding — your logo and banner.
- Business name and page URL — the name planners will search for, and a clean link to share.
- Bio — your work, your style, and what makes you a great fit.
- Specialties — the kinds of work you do, used in search and filters.
- Service areas — the cities you serve and how far you'll travel.
- Gallery and videos — your portfolio. Drag photos to reorder; the first is your cover.
- Business hours and a cancellation policy pick.
Price your services
The Services & pricing section is where quotes come from. Group what you offer by the kind of work it is — the group name is what planners search and filter by — then create each bookable service inside its group with a price and a pricing model: flat fee, per person, per hour, or per unit.
The publish checklist
Like venues, a vendor profile goes live once five things are in place: your business name (replacing the "Untitled listing" placeholder), three gallery photos, a bio, at least one priced service, and a connected payout account (Get paid with Stripe works identically for vendors).
Tip: You can run several vendor profiles from one account — each shows up in search as its own listing. A DJ who also rents lighting can be found both ways.
What happens next
Once you're live, planners find you in the vendor marketplace and request quotes right from your page — see How quote requests work.
