Create an event page

For organizers Updated August 2026 2 min read

A single form builds your event page — details, gallery, location, attendance, and who can see it.

An event page gives your gathering a home: the where and when, photos, and a built-in way for guests to RSVP or reserve seats. Head to My Events on your dashboard and create one.

The form, top to bottom

  1. Event details — name, description, and the basics.
  2. Gallery & video — set the mood; the first photo is your cover.
  3. Location — where it's happening. Booked a venue on SuiteVenues? Link it here.
  4. Add-ons & services and Services you need — list the services your event still needs (catering, photography, a DJ) with a budget for each, so vendors browsing your page know what you're looking for.
  5. Date & time.
  6. Attendance — your expected guest count, and ticket pricing if seats are paid.
  7. Details & notes and Visibility.

Who can see it

Visibility is yours to control:

  • Published — listed publicly in search and browse.
  • Private — reachable only by people you give the link to. Perfect for weddings and invite-only gatherings.
  • Draft — just you, while you build it.

Note: Free accounts can have up to 5 published events at a time and up to 2,000 RSVPs or seats per event — plenty for almost anything short of a festival. Unpublishing a past event frees a slot.

Sharing it

Every event page has a clean URL to drop in a group chat, an email, or an invitation. Guests who aren't on SuiteVenues yet can create a free account mid-RSVP and land right back on your page.

Watching the numbers

RSVP and seat counts appear on My Events and on the page itself. The details of how guests respond are in RSVPs and tickets.
